Registered Osteopath and Naturopath
Jonathan trained at the British School of Osteopathy, following graduation in 1985 undertook specialist training in Sports injuries & Osteopathy for pregnant women and began building the practice in Horley. He has been employed amongst others by the British Judo Association, a premier division football club and the Professional Golf Association (European tour). Jonathan has been an Osteopathic Medicine degree senior technique lecturer, an elected council member of the British & European Osteopathic Association and director of postgraduate education of its members. Jonathan gave seminars to the Japan Osteopathic Academy and was awarded Honorary membership of the Japanese Osteopathic Register.In 1995 he completed a PhD in Naturopathic Medicine. He is a listed specialist in accident examination and medico-legal reports and is recognised by all major health insurance companies as an Osteopathic Medicine Specialist.
Simon Irwin BSc (Hon) Ost. Med. Registered Osteopath
Simon comes from a family with strong medical roots. With generations of the family becoming nurses, doctors and surgeons, he showed an affinity for working with his hands from an early age, taking up massage as an amateur to help his mother with her back complaints in his preteen years. After finishing his A-Levels Simon studied Human Biology at Loughborough University, during which time he played various sports including Rugby, American Football and Martial Arts, taking full advantage of the University’s sports facilities. While there he was a member of the Loughborough Aces American Football team which won the national championships, and was then chosen to represent the North of Britain internationally against a USA touring side. One degree under his belt, Simon chose to follow his dream of becoming an Osteopath and enrolled at the British School Of Osteopathy. During his four year degree Simon spent time working in the School’s expectant mother and homeless clinics, as well as becoming the Student Union President for a Year. While there he also began training in Kodenkan Danzan Ryu Ju-Jitsu under Sensei Stephen Nicholls, included in which was the use of Seifukujitsu - a traditional Japanese healing art. Simon currently holds the rank of 3rd Dan (Sandan) and teaches at the Tetsu Tori Dojo in Gatwick. Graduating in 2003 Simon quickly settled into private practice where he continues to enjoy treating his patients who have, over the years, included Politicians, Television and Film Stars, Premiership Rugby Players, Business Leaders, Dancers, housewives, the elderly and many more…
Lisa Cove IHBC, IIHHT, Dip Stress Management Trainer, Laughter Facilitator
Lisa has worked in complementary therapy for over 20 years. Massage is the foundation of most of her treatments, however as a multi-disciplinary practitioner her approach is a holistic one.
Lisa first qualified in Swedish Body Massage and has since gone on to study several other types of massage that enable her to adapt her treatments to suit the clients needs. This led her to study Stress Management Training as she found many of her clients muscular problems were due to their stressful lives and poor breathing techniques. She has more recently trained as a Laughter Therapy Facilitator and runs team and confidence building workshops. Lisa is a qualified Low Level Laser Therapist and Level 2 Reiki practitioner.
Dr. Zeeba Shariff Nutritionist and Naturopath
As a British Medical Assocation Orthodox Doctor, Zeeba has worked as House and Senior House Officer in A & E, Paediatrics, Maternity, Chest Units and general medicine; as well as being employed as a diagnostician in general medicine wards and general practice. She later attained an MSc in Nutritional Medicine followed by clinical attachments. She has researched and specialises in weight loss. She practices nutritional therapy, weight loss, naturopathy, herbal medicine, and allergy testing at the Carlton Clinic.

Specialist in Podiatric Medicine & Surgery and State Registered Chiropodist.
Graham is one of very few surgically qualified Podiatrists. He has worked in private and hospital practice since qualifying in 1978. Graham has had articles and research studies published. He also performs biomechanical assessments for orthotics and prosthesis prescription, fitment and aftercare, as well as general chiropody. Graham is recognised by BUPA, CIGNA, Prime Health and the NHS.
Nick Buckfield Dip. Sports Massage & Personal Trainer
Formerly an international athlete with a career that has taken him to three Commonwealth Games, Nick now mentors and trains elite athletes, has helped many to recover and prepare for events. At the Carlton Clinic he specialises in sports massage and sets personal training programmes.
